My wife and I recently sold a condo. The market in Richmond Heights is not that great and condo's don't sell that well. We were concerned about using David as he was not with one of the old style big name national companies. HE DID A GREAT JOB. The condo values had dropped quite a bit. He gave us good advice on the alternatives. We took his suggestions on fixing up the house and were able to get us more than we expected. He was always available for questions and provided great assistance in the closing process. We always felt that we were getting his best effort. We have sold several houses and this was by far the best experience and the most service we were ever provided. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM. We would use him again for sure.
