Thank you Dima David Gurary. Would highly recommend to others as an excellent real-estate agent, good adviser and very responsible and reliable professional.

David is a pleasure to work with. During my recent home sale he stayed on task throughout the process, walking us through every step of the way. He was very responsive and made he was always available to answer questions and get us needed information. I will definitely use him again!

David is super knowledgeable in real estate market and he provides a great customer service experience. He helped me buy a lot in Solon. He has also listed my house in Lyndhurst, which is currently on the market.

We were a first time home buyer and we met David randomly when we set up an appointment to start looking. He was very honest and respectful to our needs. He never pushed us to buy a house and he always looked out for our best interests. Never once did we feel pressured, unlike some other realtors we met throughout the process. David always took the time to answer all our questions and he was always available to take our calls. When we finally found the house we decided to buy, the process was amazingly fast because of David's knowledge. After all said and done, David was a pure joy to work with and we gained a great friendship in the process.

David was great to work with and very knowledgeable and responsive throughout the process. I had considered selling my property myself but am glad that I did not go that route as his help was very instrumental in getting through the process and completing the deal. I would highly recommend him. Michael Golden, Landlord Seminole Properties LLC
