The term "Real Estate Professional" absolutely applies to David, although it doesn't fully capture his knowledge of the market and the process of selling a home. David did an in depth review of the market and advised as to the best approach as to the timing and selling price we should consider when listing our home. In addition, David very thoughtfully went through our home and gave us advice on what furniture to keep during the time we would be showing the house and what things we should consider putting in storage. He also identified the repairs that needed to be made to facilitate the sale of our house (and provided us with contractors that could do the work at reasonable prices). David personally took the photos of our home that he used in listing our house on line. The pictures were so good, we had to remind ourselves why we decided to sell. Showing your home while you're still living in it is very disruptive to day to day life. David did an excellent job of ensuring that people that came to look at our house were serious prospects. David was there virtually every time someone came to see the house. I called David frequently throughout the entire process. His evaluation of the prospects that came through our house and the offers we received was reassuring and gave us confidence that we would have a successful outcome. His handling of the negotiations for the sale of our home showed his excellent knowledge of the market, negotiating skill and experience. David is a true real estate professional in every sense of the word. I would not hesitate to recommend David to anyone considering selling their home.

The most important thing about David is that he is honest and trustworthy. We never felt that he was trying to sell us a house just so he could get a sale. We looked at many houses and he was very honest in his opinions regarding the pros and cons of the houses. When we finally put in an offer on a house up to the closing, we could feel that he was going above and beyond to assist us throughout the whole process. He also has a lot of valuable input regarding things needed for DIY and/or home make-overs for those inclined.
