We used David Gurary to sell our home in Beachwood, OH few months ago and he was nothing short of outstanding! Before choosing a real estate agent, I conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on the investment they make into selling the property (time and effort) and how they promote their listings. David really stood out! His reviews were great, his social media presence was strong, and I could tell he put a lot of work into his listings. David spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data. We had a very short time to sell our home, weeks actually, as we were being relocated across the country for work reasons. We gave him about 8 weeks to sell our home, as we wanted to complete the process before leaving town. This may seem ridiculous, but David was up to the challenge.
