David helped me purchase a house when I lived out of state. He was great at every step. From understanding my needs to finding the right house and negotiating the right price, through closing process and even after I moved in - David was always there to help me when I needed. His communication was excellent, which made the entire process a breeze. He is definitely one of the top agents I've ever worked with.

David is a rare find. I’ve done many deals with him and he has become a friend and an adviser at this point. David always gives me honest advice and guides on all of my deals, rentals and flips. His experience and professionalism is unmatched by anyone!

This is the second house that David and his team have listed for us. We had almost 40 showings within two days of listing. Based on David's recommendation of things we can improve on the house, we had multiple quality offers at above asking price. The transaction was smooth and easy and David's team provided excellent and professional service throughout the process. I highly recommend David and his team. We relied heavily on his expertise and guidance. He has sold two of our houses and have helped us purchase our forever home.

David is an excellent, diligent real estate professional that is not overbearing and lets you drive the process. For my home search and buying experience, he was there for me every step of the way, but, in the end, the decisions were mine.

David, was the realtor that helped us selling our home in Willoughby Hills. We felt comfortable with David from the first meeting, especially how responsive his communication was. His understanding of the Real Estate market, marketing, and negotiations skills were a major factor in the value we received for our home. We will definitely use David for our future Real Estate needs, and recommend him to our friends and family. Thank you for the job well done!

David was our agent when we bought our first house in 2017. 4 years later when we decided to sell the same house, we did not hesitate to reach out to David and have him handle, this time, the selling process. David was on top of things every step of the way. Considering we were moving out of state, having David overseeing the whole selling process certainly helped in keeping 1 stressful thing out of the way. Just like we did after working with David the first time around, we recommended him to friends and my own brother, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him again. We would certainly have David represent us again, if we are ever back in town :)

As a foreign Real Estate investor, I've done more then 15 transactions with David within past 3 years. A service I received working with David, was always above my expectations. He have a quick eye for good investments, sharp thinking and he is working really hard for you and bring excellent results and on top of it all he is extraordinary honest, kind and loyal person. David, it's always a pure pleasure to work with you and I’m looking forward for closing many more deals using your knowledge and professionalism. If you shopping for investments around Cleveland I would definitely recommend you to use his services.

We were introduced to David through my sister's recommendation and the recommendation of people we know. We have been very lucky to have David as our agent as he was very knowledgable and was able to provide us answers to our every questions in detail. He was very professional, courteous and was always prompt in all his replies and updates. Above all, he was very honest with his professional opinions on the houses we have viewed and did not at any point recommend houses that he did not like himself. We couldnt have asked for a better agent and we are looking forward to working with him again some time in the future.

Comments from my family member for whom David listed and sold a property: David is a great real estate agent. He is fair, honest, and trustworthy. He is great in negotiating deals with buyers and plays a fair game in keeping both parties happy and satisfied. I would strongly recommend him to anybody who is looking for an agent to sell or buy a property.
